Welcome to the A2Z Spain Classified Ads section ("A2ZSpain Classifieds") by using this classified ads section you agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions of the A2ZSpain Classifieds, registered for business at Altamira 13, 8-1 Almeria, 04005 Spain with effective from 25/03/2007.

Any breach of the following restrictions will be considered a serious violation and the offender will be banned immediately, and every effort will be made to exclude the user from any further involvement in this web site.

• The posting of any Sex, or Sex related items - this is a kids friendly site.
• The promotion of any Gambelling or Betting activity.
• The distribution of Spam or Chain-Mail.
• Making misleading or false adverts.
• The collection or havesting of email addresses.
• The distribution of virus or computer code that will in any way harm or damage equipment or programmes of any user of this classified section, or the source code of A2Z Spain Classifieds.
• Any foul or abusive language.
• Any illegal activity or any activity designed to provoke others to violate or break the Law.
• Any stolen goods.
• Any stalking or violation of any members personal rights of privacy.
  
• The sale of prescription drugs.
• Any matter of a racist or terrorist nature.
• Decrininatory, offensive, insulting or violent behaviour.

2. A2ZSpain Classifieds will not be heald responsible for the quality or ownership of any items trading within the Classifieds Section.
3. That in the event of A2ZSpain Classifieds being in any way liable, the liability will be limited to a maximum of 100€ or no greater than the equivilent to12 months advertising fees.
